2. Metodogi
You can choose to do interview or survey

Temuramah/ Interview
1. Temuramah lima (5) staf / Interview five (5) staff.
2. Rekod semua temuramah tersebut/ Record all the interviews
3. Transkrip semua temuramah dan taip ke Word (masukkan ke bahagian lampiran)/ Transcribe the interviews
and type to Word (include into the appendix section)
4. Laporkan penemuan/ Report the findings.

SURVEY
1. Create a set of questionaire
2. Dessiminate it to your target audience
3. Collect your survey
4. Transcribe your survey findings into reports

3. Kumpulan dan pembentangan/ Group and presentation 15%

1. 3 hingga 6 pelajar di dalam kumpulan/ 3 to 6 students in a group


2. Pembentangan seacara individu semua ahli perlu membentang di antara 3 hingga 5 minit/ It is an individual
presentation all members need to present in between 3 to 5 minutes
3. Kenalkan diri sebelum membentang/ Introduce yourself before presenting.
4. Rakam pembentangan ke dalam CD/ Record your presentation and burn it on CD
5. Periksa CD anda sebelum hantar/ Check your CD before submitting.
6. Anda boleh menggunakan Bahasa atau Bahasa Inggeris/ You may use Bahasa or English.
7. Powerpoint perlu ditunjukkan semasa pembentangan/ Powerpoint must be shown during presentation
8. Apa yang perlu dimasukkan ke dalam CD/ What to be included in CD:
a. Softcopy of the assignment
b. Photo and particular of yourself (Name, Matrix, Programme, Contact Number)
c. Mpeg/MP4/3gp of your presentation (make sure that it works test on different pc/laptop)
d. The PowerPoint file
e. Recording of interviews 5 recordings
f. Transcriptions of the interviews 5 transcriptions or Survey Questionaire
- ALL SOFTCOPIES MUST BE BACKED UP
