Mandatory Introduction
The purpose of this guide is to provide you with a general direction to what you really want and are looking for and
perhaps give you some hints to things in your life that you have neglected or have despaired of waiting for. The
introduction is short but important and after that, we get right to it.

The guide is intended for people who are aware that they are on the track of personal development in some degree and
are ready to put aside for a little while that inner knowingness that they know everything about themselves and
about the world. It is best to simply bow down our head for a short amount of time and be the observer of our honest
selves, our thoughts and our emotions in order to learn which aspects of our life we should put our focus on. This guide
is only a reflection of yourself, as you become your own therapist. Answering truthfully will make you more self-aware,
continuing to lie to yourself will just conceal the truth and build more walls between you and your potential state of
higher consciousness.

Every person is under some sort of frame \ structure, whether it is family, employment, education and many others. This
framework does not allow us to sometimes become the observer of our lives so we cannot see the bigger picture
"outside" of ourselves. Sometimes when we are travel abroad or take a vacation, we are suddenly able to look at our
lives and make decisions from the new perspective of the person we have become. Decisions more adapted and better
for who we are today or perhaps decisions that we wanted to make in our past but did not have the means to execute
them.

Sometimes we do not know what makes us happy. We think we are happy but do we really get up every morning with a
real smile? Can we say that we spend more than ninety percent of our time doing things that make us happy or joyful?
Have we lost the faith that we deserve to be happy most of the time, at work, in our relationships, in our spare time?

How long have we been in our own bubble, looking for ways to have more spice in our lives, something new, something
exciting Have we forgotten who we are and therefore we do not feel more "happy" on a daily basis?

The purpose of this guide is to act like any therapist or psychologist - by asking leading questions so that our answers
can teach us greatly about ourselves. The guide is built in a certain chronological way. Most answers are mapped, but
some are open for your benefit.

The guide is created for both the materialistic and the spiritual aspects of our lives, as the two are interdependent.
Someone who does not possess any material means cannot completely fulfill himself spiritually as he would most likely
be too busy surviving. Matter and spirit are two sides of the same coin, especially in this world. Abundance is not just
economic prosperity, but the ability to do what we want to do, when we want to do it, in the way we want to do it and
with whom we want to do it!

Therefore, the guide also touches on materialistic aspirations. There is no need to think small or settle for less as we
answer the questions describing our desires. You can happily take the approach of I have everything I need" or "less is
more" in your life, but when answering questions here, I want you to think big. Because when we think small, the
universe will provide small and when we think big and break the paradigm of ourselves, we begin to believe that in
fact we deserve much more, then the world will fulfill big. The universe conspires to make your hidden wishes come
true.

In this world, where we manifest our own realities, we should always ask ourselves questions and answer them in the
present positive (as if we already have what we want to have in the future, right now). The reason it works this way is
very complicated. It is about the illusion of time, the reality in which our higher self ("soul" \ "superego") exists is in a
place where there is no time. So the more we connect with the present moment and talk, feel and think about our
wishes as if we already have them now, we are actually tuning into the frequency of our higher self. There are several
other reasons that I will explain one day...

I tried to make as many simple questions that can be answered immediately by simply checking the X in the box on the
left, but please answer the open questions in more detail. There is no right or wrong answer and you can always select
more than one option. The more honest you are with yourself the better it will be for you to become the observer.

Now, let us go to an imaginary world, where we have absolutely everything we think we want to be happy, and even
more than that, a fantasy world where all our dreams come true. The purpose of the guide is to help you remove the
barriers that you have added over time. If we believe in ourselves and open our hands to receive, the universe will
provide!

We do not always believe in ourselves and forget that we are the manifestor of our own reality. We have got stuck on
some memories that we have failed in the past and we just forgot that we are all knowing and all powerful in this great
time of change and awakening. Now the energy is completely different from what it used to be, so it is time for new
beginnings, rediscoveries, new beliefs and a new us.

It is very important to let go of the limitations of our mind and just imagine what we really want, not what we "think"
we can achieve. Because we have already been there and that is in our past and we need to look at the present and the
future in a new perspective... We are the only ones that are limiting ourselves so I suggest you think about what you
really want and not allow your mind \ ego or memories of who you think you are to limit you.

The guide is private to you alone; it will contain answers you might want to keep to yourself. If this is the eGuide version
of it, I strongly recommend that you print it, print it, print it!!! Since you have already decided to
read and follow the guide and that it is worth your while why not do it perfectly and in the manner in which it was

Change is not easy, especially when most of us are constantly in our comfort zone, an area that does not allow real
growth and development. Ego and mind are those that initially oppose any change. Just remember - we are who we are
because we have chosen to learn, grow and change, even if we did not choose it. Out of the most difficult experiences of
our lives, we have become stronger. Change is a blessing and is a part of life. Who we were a few years back does not
even represent who we are today, because of how much we have grown and changed.

I believe that getting angry is a good way to express myself and is a part of who I am
I have become accustomed to expressing negativity, it is a part of my character and I do not wish to change that

I would like to introduce more tranquility into my life

Sometimes we have reasons to be annoyed, angry, or worried. Sometimes we become a victim of a situation. There
is no bad or good in that situation. It is mostly a question of how long we express that negative thought or
emotion and how long we allow it to bring us out of balance. When we get angry, it does not, in fact, assist us to
calm down. Scientific research has suggested that taking it out does not actually help us to become more at peace
with an event or an upset, but rather only causes us to be angrier.

It seems that any step out of the present moment, where we accept things as they are, disconnects us from our true
selves. This lack of tranquility causes an imbalance in our body that can manifest as tiredness, disease and more.

The following two methods are simple strategies to cope with negative situations by using consciousness and
repetition in order to assist you to accept the situation as it is. I live my life by the following simple theories:

1. If there is a problem in my life and that problem has a solution, I will put my full attention on the solution itself.
Sometimes the solution is to just wait. In either case, I will not focus on the problem, as it does not get me
anywhere. On the other hand, if there is a problem that does not appear to have a solution, there is still no
need to focus on the problem because once again it is not getting me anywhere! Either way, under both
conditions, we will not be focusing our attention on the problem but rather the possibility of resolution. Notice

that when we stop victimizing ourselves and accept the problem for what it is - a lesson or a challenge that we
must pass, an opportunity that is here to teach us something suddenly a solution will arise.
2. There is a certain perfection in life. To acknowledge this perfection is to understand creation as it is - flawless.
This also means that we understand that it is us who are judging, criticizing, and generalizing things as either
good or bad. When we truly recognize that creation is perfect, we understand that everyone (including
ourselves) is at the perfect place for exactly where they need to be in their predetermined journey at any given
time. From this perspective, we will understand that everything in our life is perfect for our lessons, our game,
and our journey - absolutely everything, including the people and the situations that we might consider to be
negative. Instead, we begin to see all that unfolds as a gift for our growth and evolution.

been beneficial in making you who you are today.
2. Consider the growth and learning that would not be possible if everything were just simple and easy all of the
time.

For the average person, work comprises 70% of their waking time. Work, colleagues, work thinking patterns, the
emotions we feel during our work time, our overall satisfaction from work all these slowly enter into our subconscious
and become a part of us. If a person does not feel satisfied during his work he will be counting the hours until the end of
the workday or will count the days left until the weekend. If a person does feel that his job is satisfying, he will not feel
that he is really working

I do not really call my job work; I enjoy it so much that it is literally like playing, so I am not actually working.

The solution you are looking for is to let your past remain where it belongs in the past. Begin seeing yourself as more
successful, release and allow yourself to aspire while having an inner knowingness that you do deserve it. Most of us
require some gradual process to get there, but some of us can actually make the quantum leap almost immediately on
rare occasions.

Most people go through their life without accomplishing even a small part of their dreams. Scientific research has
suggested that when people discover that they have a terminal illness and only have a short period of time to live, they
were significantly happier in that short time when compared to the average person. They said they felt more alive in
that time than all their previous life put together.

The purpose of the list is to map and show you that there are plenty of things that you have been postponing for years.
You have given yourself many excuses and stories as to why not instead of finding all the right why yes. Another
reason is to show you that you have all of the means and abilities to accomplish most of your dreams. In other words

Forgiveness
Do you understand that forgiveness is not meant for the other side, but especially for you? Only you can truly forgive
and move on and as long as you have not forgiven to whomever it is that you need to forgive, you are carrying around
very heavy baggage.

You do not have to keep all the old stories with yourself. You can make them go away. The other side does not have to
know, there is no right or wrong here, there is only you that is troubled by an issue that you can resolve by yourself.
You are no longer the person that you used to be in the past and it is time to take yourself forward because you should
look at where you are going and not where you have already been.

Are there people in your life that you feel you should forgive and are you waiting for them to apologize for a long
time?

I have forgiven to all and I have also deeply expressed my apologies for the things that I have done
I do not want to forgive anyone, I hope that one day it will just become obsolete
I have already forgiven all those that have hurt me, Im not waiting for them to come to me
I still feel that I have some unresolved issues because when I read this question a few names came to mind
I went through several processes of forgiveness and self-acceptance and now I love myself for better or for worse!
There are people in my life that I do not find worthy of forgiveness for what they have done to me

As we are always expanding and learning and have multiple aspects of ourselves that we wish to be working on - I
recommend that you review your answers and see where you would like to put your next focus on.

We all wish to be happy, we all want a positive change, not all of us have the courage to step out of our comfort zone
and really seek out our true potential. The comfort zone is a great low frequency trap (that is why it is called the comfort
zone) but stepping out of it is always worth our while. Just remember the big changes that have occurred in yourselves
after you were in the lowest places in your life and see how great you turned out to be after them, how strong they
made you and how they helped build your character.

This guide is a great help in pinpointing the issues, which is usually half way of solving them. Now for those that are
brave enough, I suggest to go briefly go over the answers you gave and see which answers came from your heart and
which ones from your ego
