Love is the key concept!

Energy of love, lived as a couple, love for an animal or a flower or the earth,
love, unconditionally for your enemy, these are energies which raise the frequency of your soul energy
and consciousness, and at the same the frequency of your body, and has to be that way in all thoughts,
intentions and emotions and actions, to access a path of ascension, the path of nearing the frequency of
you, as a body, energy bodies and soul energy, to a higher level, something, which will benefit your
soul energy in terms of vibrational level for ever. This is the "mechanism", god has set in place for
ascension, part of the parameters, which determine our dimension.
