Overall Rating Description:

100-96 Excellently passed with minor revisions (min 80% working prototype with complete packaging)
95-80 Passed with revisions/modifications (minimum 70% working prototype with packaging)
80-66 Passed with major revision/modifications (minimum 60% working prototype)
65-51 Conditionally passed with major revisions. Subject to redefense (50% working prototype)
50 and below Failed

Important Notes:
1. Technical adviser and subject adviser should pre-evaluate the written document and prototype have
met the minimum requirements and issue certification for defense.
2. Chairman of the panel should require certification for defense and comments form from previous
defense before the defense starts. No said documents, no defense.
3. Each panel should evaluate the defense and base the decision on the overall average rating.
4. The written document should be evaluated and be corrected even the decision is redefense so that
correction will be implemented already by the proponents on their next defense.
5. Emphasis on item (a) of criteria, prototype should be at least housed, package and/or mounted.
