 STUDENT PROSPECTUS
The information contained in this Student Prospectus is not incorporated into the regular Zion
Ministerial Institute, Singapore (ZMIS) catalog because it is subject to periodic changes. As
ZMIS endeavors to improve its curriculum, course changes will be reflected in this Bulletin
and therefore will appear different than the catalog. The student should carefully read this
important information since each enrolled student will be required to sign the Student
Disclosure Form, included with the admission application, agreeing to abide by the guidelines
and agreements contained herein.

ZMIS encourages payment in full at time of enrollment. Students who are unable to make
payment in full are placed on a payment plan for the semester, which is tailored accordingly
for each student. Students on a payment plan are required to make a down payment prior to
student enrollment. All tuition and fees must be paid by the end of any given semester prior
to enrolling in a new semester.

PAYMENTS
All payments to Zion Ministerial Institute, Singapore must be made in Singapore dollars
either by cheque. Please do not send cash in the mail. Students will be charged a $20.00 fee
for any cheque that is returned due to insufficient funds. Make all cheques out to Zion
Ministerial Institute, Singapore.

REFUND SCHEDULE
Refunds do not include any fees such as application, graduation, semester extension, audio,
or textbook fees. If students withdraw from enrollment or drop a course within a period of:

1. 5 working days of course registration, 100% of tuition is refunded.

2. 10 working days of course registration, 50% of tuition is refunded.

All withdrawal requests must be made in writing. The date of withdrawal is determined by
the date postmarked on the withdrawal letter. No refunds are made after 10 working days.

ACADEMIC INFORMATION

AUDIO USAGE
All audio must be purchased through Zion Ministerial Institute, Singapore. Audio provided
by Zion Christian University is sold under copyright law and thus no unauthorized
duplication is allowed.

REQUIRED TEXTBOOKS
Most textbooks may be purchased from Zion Christian Publishers, Singapores online
bookstore: www.zionfellowship.com.sg. Students will be informed of any textbooks that are
not available at the online bookstore and they will be given information regarding where they
may obtain the textbook.

PROCESS OF EVALUATION, ENROLLMENT, & REGISTRATION

After a student is accepted, ZMIS will email a letter of acceptance to the student with a
course evaluation and Registration Form. The evaluation will list the required courses for
program completion, reflect any credits transferred, and the total tuition cost. Students should
review the evaluation, and if they choose to enroll, complete the Registration Form and return
it to ZMIS with the payment. When ZMIS has received the Registration Form and payment,
course materials will be shipped.

STUDENT ADVISORS
ZMIS provides Student Advisors who are available to assist the student. Although ZMIS
does not provide tutors, students are encouraged to locate Christian professionals who are
skilled in their own areas of study who can interact with them about their subject. During the
semester, students are required to send their Student Advisor a monthly report regarding their
progress. Students will also receive a Progress Report that reflects assignment grades,
averages, final grades, and course completion dates to aid students in keeping track of their
progress. Student Advisors closely monitor students progress and if no student activity is
seen students will be contacted.
