Background image for the Index tab

To change the background image for the Index tab, provide a path to the graphic image.
Select the [...] button to browse for an image file. Leave the field blank for no image.
Image formats can be gif, tif, wmf and bmp's.

Index page image = C:\Program Files\Structural Toolkit V3\background.jpg

Display size

The size of the display can be adjusted to suit individual display resolutions. The default setting
is 100%. The zoom should be adjusted such that the right 1/4 of the screen shows the grey notes area.
Changing the zoom will adjust the zoom of modules opened after the change.
Use the button to the right to adjust the zoom setting in this module immediately.

Printer output zoom

The scaling of printed pages can be modified to suit the margins of the printer device. The default
setting is 100% which has been designed for a Hewlett Packard laserjet. If printed pages overflow on
to a second page try changing the print scale to 95%.

Settings

Activation

To activate the hardware lock:


Connect the hardware lock device to the workstation or network license server workstation.
Select the hardware lock device type (Single or Network User).
Structural Toolkit will automatically recheck the lock type (A network search may take several seconds).
Change to the [Info] tab and press [Recheck Lock...] to update the lock type.
If the lock is not detected, check your firewall and virus settings

Locking type (Software) = S (H)ardware, (S)oftware, (N)etwork


Driver type (Hasp HL) = H (H)asp HL, (R)ockey

Software fingerprint

To get the PC fingerprint for a software lock:


Ensure you are logged in as the correct user.
Press the [Fingerprint] button and retrieve the fingerprint.
Email the fingerprint to support@structuraltoolkit.com.au

Software license checking

Connect to license server without asking?

Hardware lock registration

To register the hardware lock on the Structural Toolkit license server


Ensure you have the hardware operational.
Select the lock type.
Ensure you are connected to the internet.
Press the [Register] button.
