CONCERNING A SANDWITCH...
How do you make the perfect sandwitch?
Have you ever wondered how Subway is still praised with all those
katchi sabzis and bread?
Look no further, Im splling the beans right here!
The secret ingredient?
Sauce
The truth is, when you slam two pieces of bread togeher with
some chicken, egg or whatever it is that fancies your taste buds,
you forget that bread, in essence, is a dry crumbly piece of
carbohydrate that isnt going to magically grow its own moisture as
you pop it in your mouth. You can add all the sabzis that go with it,
all the juicy tomatoes, but those magic sauce bottles at subway?
They are what bring you back for more.

Honey mustard, thousand Island, Italian dressing aur chilli sauce
maam takeaway lengi ya dine in?
Take away ( Its not pretty when you dribble 4 different types of
sauce down your new khaadi ka kurta in public. Note to self: must
change into those old pjs to eat these bad boys. Double note to
self: must do so as fast as possible before the sandwitch gets cold
and before the sauces subsume into a soggy mess)
Which brings me to my next deliberation. Do not, I repeat do not
wait until sauces have dissolved your bread. You will not enjoy the
halwa that ensues.
