SUPERGLOBAL AIRLINES CHANGES AIRCRAFT ACQUISITION PLAN

OKLAHOMA CITY SuperGlobal Airlines decided to change their aircraft acquisition

plan in attempts to save money. Instead of purchasing 63 new aircrafts, the airline will procure

approximately 26 new aircrafts from McKillop Co. over the course of two years.

SuperGlobal Airlines, the worlds second largest airline, offers more than 4,200 flights

everyday to 390 different destinations and 67 countries. Despite their high amount of

passengers each year, the publicly held company has seen a decrease in air travel across the

industry. In order to survive this decline, the airline has decided to alter its acquisition plan by

lowering the amount of aircrafts they will purchase for the coming two years.

Michele Cassidy, the CEO of SuperGlobal Airlines, said, SuperGlobal will continue to

exercise flexibility in aircraft acquisition, we will control our size to meet the needs of our

passengers and the economic environment.
