For centuries women have gathered in sacred circles to remember the old ways and come into
harmony with nature.

Like the days in the red tent where women gathered to honour the blood mysteries and drink in
the wisdom of their grandmothers as they sat together in ceremony during their synchronised
moon time.

Sisters of the Moon is a way of bringing yourself back into balance with the natural rhythms of
our planet and into deeper honouring the cycles, the ebb and flow of the lunar phases that
guides the waters of our bodies. Becoming aware of the best times to plant the seeds of our
intentions and take action and the times to go within and rest.

Why does your womb need daily care?

Womb is a storehouse for energy, emotions and memories. We unconsciously store our

ADDICTED TO LOVE --

Last year, I had to get really honest with myself and come to terms with the fact that I had been
addicted to love for decades.

I had developed that addiction over the years out of childhood wounds and chronic rejection of
what was wrong with me.

I had done a lot of healing through my personal spiritual journey but there were still corners
within me that needed healing and love.

How did that addiction manifest for me?!

I felt a compulsive need to be in a relationship all the time.

I was unconsciously choosing partners that were emotionally unavailable or partners who
couldn't meet my own needs because I was too busy being their caretakers.

Once the original infatuation waned, I would leave the relationship and move onto another
searching for the same amazing feeling I once had with the person.

I would go from extreme excitement when they made me feel approved of and loved to extreme
pain when they didn't respond to me positively.

So I took a break from dating for a year to return to my spiritual roots and the self that could
love itself without a man.

Love is a cause worth rooting for but cannot fix us from the outside.

We have to return to love within first and then we get to feel expansive and worth loving.

I am the living proof that a steady spiritual practice can heal and transform old stories that block
us.

I think that I am going to be teaching a lot more on my recovery journey.

When I am feeling competitive, I recognize that there is no such thing as scarce resources as us
as sisters. I claim my abundance and self-sufficiency. And so I turn to: how can we collaborate
and support one anothers gifts?

When I am feeling catty, I recognize that I have hidden hurt inside and feel the need to project
my pain or judgment onto you. I claim my self-worth, radiance and magnificence. And so I turn
to: how can I connect heart to heart and recognize we all have our own pain and that we are all
seeking love?

When I am feeling comparison, I recognize that we are all on our own journey and there is no
such thing as being further ahead. I claim my life experience and trust Im exactly where Im
supposed to be. And so I turn to: how can we co-create on this journey trusting the process of
life itself? Cultivate an attribute within myself

When I am feeling contraction, I recognize that Im feeling not good enough and the need to
hide. Somewhere I learned to not value myself. I claim my right to take up space on this planet
and shine in my unique beauty. And so I turn to: how can I celebrate your greatness and your
brilliance as a mirror my own?
