General Objective : Students would be able to understand the moral values in a short story
effectively.
Specific Objective : At the end of the lesson, students should be able to:
i. Identify 5 moral values from the short story.
ii. Utilise the moral values in their writing.
Previous Knowledge : Students have been asked to read the short story thoroughly.

Reflection: Students were doing well in other areas but the writing was still prone to grammar
errors. To improve students mastery of grammar, I should plan activities that would boost their
understanding on grammar of English. So that, students would be able to produce writings
which are more sophisticated and with minimal errors.
Achievement of the day would be, students read the short story and understand the moral
values in it. Classroom management should be improved. Future strategy would be planned for
more interesting language games in classroom teaching.
