or field experience of at least 25 years. Preference will
be given to those who have working experience in an
educational environment
4. Additional Director 19 1 40-55 Ph.D with atleast 4 years of experience in the relevant
QEC years field OR
Masters (2nd Div) from a recognized
university/institution of higher Education with atleast 7
years of experience in the relevant field
5. Personal Secretary 18 1 30-45 Masters in Management, Administrative or English
to VC years from an HEC recognized university. 5 years minimum
secretarial experience in similar position. Familiar with
rules of business. Fluency in spoken English
6. Deputy Controller 18 1 30-45 M.A/M.Sc. at least 2nd division with 5 years
of Exanimation years experience at a senior level position in Govt./Semi
Govt. Department
7. Assistant Web 17 1 26-40 4 years BS(CS) or MCS with minimum 4 years
Master years experience. Practical knowledge of website designing /
management, web and email server. Preference will be
given to those having experience of PHP, ASP,
MySQL, MS Access
8. Lab Engineer 17 5 26-40 16 years of schooling in Software and Computer
(Comp. Sci & Software years Engineering (PEC registered) with minimum 2 years of
Engineering) relevant experience
9. Department 17 5 25-40 2nd Class masters degree or equivalent qualifications
Coordinator years with 3 years office experience in a University or
(female only) Education Department. (preference will be given to 1st
class masters)

the Registrar Office along with a bank draft/pay order/bank challan of Rs. 1000/- in favor of Treasurer,
Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi.
How to apply:
(1) Application form must accompany one set of the following attested documents:
(i) Degrees, Transcripts and Certificates (ii) CNIC (iii) Two recent photographs and (iv) updated
experience certificates.
(2) Candidates working in government /semi-government /autonomous organizations must apply through
proper channel; however advance copy may be submitted.
(3) Age (min-upper) relaxation can be given in exceptional cases.
(4) No TA/ DA will be paid for interview.
(5) Incomplete application and /or application received after the due date will not be entertained.
(6) Only short listed candidates will be called for interview and the university management reserves the
right to fill in, reduce or withdraw any post at anytime.
(7) 5% quota has been reserved for employment of minorities and 3% for disabled persons.
(8) NTS recruitment test will be held for BPS-17 only.

Last Date for Submission of Applications: Application on prescribed form complete in all respects should be
submitted in the Registrar Office by November 05, 2015.
