Lateness: It is Law School policy that late assignments will not be accepted in the absence of
a successful application for disruption to studies. Assignments that are submitted late with no
explanation will not be marked and a zero mark will be recorded.

DISTINCTION (75%-84%)
- concise, relevant and accurate statements of facts and ratio;
- clear identification and analysis of important issues
- strong and original articulation of the contribution that the case makes to relevant
areas of law;
- no mistakes in AGLC citation requirements
- excellent use of material relevant to question;
- excellent expression and free from errors
