1. Fill Online form for the college from the following webpages

3. Be very careful in typing email id and mobile number. These will be used to send you all necessary
information throughout your stay at college.
4. Upload your photo, signatures, Anti ragging affidavit (Stamped by notary public) and other certificates
e.g. matriculation, 10+2, character certificate, migration, reservation category certificates (if
applicable).
5. Anti ragging black document can be downloaded from the following weblink

6. Pay online admission charges Rs. 800 by
a. Net-banking, Debit card or credit card or
b. Buying Scratch Card from college officials.
7. For Hostel Facility, charges for application Rs. 600 are extra.
8. Visit College Campus on ______________ at _________. Bring admission form and all the original
documents. Venue of Admission is Mini Auditorium, 2nd Floor, Administrative Block.
