Monday, September 11th is Grandparents Breakfast

This month we are learning Students have learned to

about decimal place value
and adding and subtracting
decimals. We are using
money amounts as a real
world example of the need
for decimal understanding
and computation.

restating, answering, citing
text evidence, and
explaining. Now students will
learn about Infographics.

In science we are learning all about the relationship

between the Earth and the Sun. Before the end of the
month our studies will take us to the moon and then we
will take a closer look at our amazing atmosphere.

Students are getting comfortable with Sept. 4 Labor Day

using their chromebook computers and Sept. 5 PTO Meet and
navigating google docs and google Greet
slides. We will soon begin creating
infographics.
