A marketing plan conveys the vision of a company to its employees, customers and
markets.
To create a marketing plan you must follow 4 steps:
1. Choice of idea: Here we must choose the idea of development, which indicates how
the final decision was reached and why
2. Identification of the target market: The target market must be identified, knowing the
treaties and the advantages they have in a market
3. Environmental scanning: It has two stages, the first where it scans the mission,
vision, policies and objectives of the company. And the second stage, containing the
international environmental analysis with which the strategy goes to the international
market, also contains the description of consumer behavior
4. Marketing the mix: Set out the strategy for each of the P`s (price, product, promotion
and place).
