Format for Internship Diary

The Internship Diary shall be compiled in the following format prior to submission. Only on
this being complied with, will the Internship Diary be considered to have been completed.

1. Front Page according to Annexure - III

2. A copy of the Internship Certificate

3. Declaration Formed according to Annexure II (Signed by Student and the

Internship Supervisor)

4. Contents Page

5. Record of Day to Day proceedings

6. Case Briefs made during the Internship

7. Other Works Assigned

8. Annexure if any.

Students are advised to stick to this format for both submission of the hard copy and when
the soft copies are being submitted.
