We are an architectural and urban planning firm offering end to

Profile:
Arjun Joshi is an Architect-Urban Planner with more than ten years of
experience of working on large scale architecture, landscape design
and urban planning projects. His expertise is in master planning,
urban transport, architecture and landscape design
Education:
Arjun has studied architecture from The M.S.Univeristy of Baroda. He
has completed his masters in Urban and Regional Planning from
School of Planning, CEPT, Ahmedabad. He also possesses a diploma
in project management from Ahmedabad Management Association.
Projects:
Some of the notable projects in which he has worked include a multi
international award winning 262 acre integrated township in Calcutta,
Bus Rapid Transit System in Ahmedabad, Institutional Projects in
Madhya Pradesh, West Bengal, Orissa and Assam and high end
residential projects in Chhattisgarh.

TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORTATION ANALYSIS FOR ARVIND UPLANDS TOWNSHIP

Client: Arvind Group Location: Thol, Ahmedabad Project Area: 140 acres
 This is a very interesting project that involves rehabilitation of shop keepers within the site
area and creation of a shopping complex and a multi level car parking for the private
developer. The design looks at retaining the bazaar feel of the existing site in the proposed
design, and at the same time making the project a viable and feasible option for the private
developer.

This is a very challenging project that involves redevelopment of an existing bus depot on a picturesque as well as contoured site.

The site was spread over an area of 7 acres. It comprised of a water park, amusement park, a hotel with banquet facilities, a club with gym, spa and
sauna, swimming pool and a bar. The design brief was very challenging as it involved accommodating a large number of activities in a tight space. This
project included an amusement park, water park, hotel and club.

 The scope of work included landscape design for the

We used a combination of rustic finishes splashed with bright
