Augusta Westland Scam - Part 2

Indians should question, why the name of Brajesh Mishra crops up again and again in Augusta Westland Scam. Brajesh
Mishra was the all powerful, Principal Secretary to the Prime Ministers Office ( PMO ) , when Atal Bihari Vajpayee was
the Prime Minister of India. He was also the National security Advisor ( NSA ).
What Air Chier Marshall S.P Tyagi (Retd) said :
.Two Governments ( UPA and NDA ), Two PMO ( Dr AB Vajpayee and Dr Manmohan Singh ), two National
Security Adisers ( Brajesh Mishra and M.K Narayanan) and two Defence Ministries ordered the IAF to change the
technical parameters of the VVIP Helicopters to avoid single vendor situation. We carried out the orders as per users
requirement.
Brajesh Mishra's father, the Late D.P.Mishra ( or Dwarka Prasad Mishra ) was a staunch and ambitious Congressman ,
whose Family had very close ties to Nehru Gandhi Family , he was especially close to Indira Gandhi. Dwarka Prasad
Mishra was a former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh. He was politically active from (1955 to 1988). Brajesh Mishra
came from a family of Congressmen. Indians should question, how did a man, who came from a family of Congressmen,
get such a key position in NDA Government, which was essentially led by BJP a Hindutva Party..?
A small clutch of bureaucrats, particularly loyal to Nehru Gandhi family , have been working inside the PMO for
decades, irrespective of whichever government is in Power. When Narendra Modi Government came to power, not a
single bureaucrat in the Prime Ministers Office ( PMO ) was changed, except Pulok Chatterjee, who was Principal
Secretary to Prime Minister Dr Manmohan Singh. Except Private secretary to the Union Ministers, no major change was
made to bureaucratic set up by Narendra Modi Government. All bureaucrats appointed to key positions by UPA
Government, are still working in their respective positions in Narendra Modi Government. Indians must understand that
Narendra Modi Government is essentially UPA Government in disguise. Indians must question, how did a official who
came from a family of congressmen, get such a key position in Atal Bihari Vajpayee Government..?
This is because BJP is a party run by ..Desh Drohis.., appointed by RSS, who have nothing to do with Hindu
Nationalism. Atal Bihari Vajpayee was especially close to Nehru Gandhi family and he was president of Bharatiya Jan
Sangh.
Once Junior Hindutva Leaders / Workers within BJP / RSS ( & Sangh parivar ) circles , DISCOVERED that Principal
Secretary Brajesh Mishra was a Congress Mole inside the Prime Minister's Office and he belonged to inner circle of
Congress President Sonia Gandhi , then SENIOR RSS Leaders in order to FOOL Junior Hindutva Leaders / Hindutva
Activists and BJP Workers within their rank and file , orchestrated a "..SHAM.." campaign to oust Brajesh Mishra from
the Prime Ministers Office ( PMO ). This "..SHAM..." campaign by RSS to oust Brajesh Mishra from PMO , was of
course firmly rebuffed by then Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee , since Brajesh Mishra was appointed Principal
Secretary to the Prime Minister & National Security Advisor , on recommendation of the Senior RSS Leaders.
Augusta Westland Scam was seeded by BJP led NDA Government, whose fruits were to harvested by Congress Party led
UPA Government. There are reports that Brajesh Mishra continued to work inside the PMO in a confidential designation,
when UPA Government was in power.
Brajesh Mishra completely debunked Hindutva Ideology, which according to him was idiotic & Utopian. and he stated at
a BJP Rally that ..the BJP must realise that India does not care about Ram Mandir or Article 370
In Augusta Westland Scam, single vendor situation was deliberately avoided to create room for Bribes.
Originally IAF was supposed to purchase the Eurocopter, which could fly over and above 35,000 feet. The
Eurocopter is also one of the most advanced helicopters in the world used by European Union. India's indigenously
produced Dhruv Military Helicopter could fly 24,000 feet , but was not certified at that time , and also could not have
created room for generating bribes, so it was never considered. As a Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister &
National Security Advisor in the NDA Administration , he naturally got to know that IAF was shopping for High
Altitude Military Helicopters and was mostly likely to purchase - The Eurocopter. This was going to be a Multi-Billion
Dollar Deal. So he decided to intervene , this is what he did
As Principal Secretary to the Prime Minister , he called a meeting on November 19, 2003.
In a Letter dated August 1999 , he rebuked the IAF for not being cognizant of the needs of VVIPs , who he observed
rarely go flying above 14,000 feet. While he raised the need to replace Ageing M1 8 helicopters in the VVIP Fleet within
the IAF , which ferried VVIPs. Later he shot off a letter dated December 22, 2003 to the IAF Chief Air Marshal S
Krishnaswamy , disapproving of the framing the Operational Requirements by IAF HeadQuarters , without consulting
him (or SPG Chief B.V Wanchoo ) on VVIP needs.. Brijesh Mishra in 2003 had directed the Union defence ministry and
IAF to change the technical specifications for the acquisition of the 12 VVIP helicopters. , what Brajesh Mishra wanted
was a "Luxury Palace-in-the-sky" helicopter to ferry VVIPs!!
