Thank you for participating as a research participant in the present study concerning project cost
estimates in construction projects. The study looks to investigate the accuracy and importance of
conceptual cost estimates.

This study will look at different cost estimate models and how they affect project development
and the quality of a project once it starts.

Again, we thank you for your participation in this study. If you know of any friends or
acquaintances that are eligible to participate in this study, we request that you not discuss it with
