RESOLUTION NO. 2017-120

RESOLUTION REQUESTING ALEXANDER FERRER

BALUTAN, GENERAL MANAGER OF THE PHILIPPINE
CHARITY SWEEPSTAKES OFFICE (PCSO) TO DONATE ONE
(1) UNIT AMBULANCE FOR THE PROVINCE OF SULTAN
KUDARAT

WHEREAS, the Sultan Kudarat Provincial Hospital has been delivering free and
accessible health care services to indigent patients of the province of Sultan Kudarat as well as
patients of nearby province of South Cotabato, Cotabato, Maguindanao and Sarangani;

WHEREAS, it has only one (1) ambulance which is being used every day to cater to the
sick people of 248 barangays;

WHEREAS, there is a need to request for one (1) unit of ambulance to service the rising
population of the province and to be able to address the needs of the sick with immediate
resolute and efficiency;
 WHEREFORE, on motion of Hon. Cyrus E. Torrea, Sr., duly seconded by
Hon. Jose Remos P. Segura, it was

RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to request Alexander Ferrer Balutan, General

Manager of Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, (PCSO) to donate one (1) unit of ambulance
for the province of Sultan Kudarat;

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to Alexander Ferrer

Balutan, General Manager, Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office, (PCSO), for his information
and appropriate action.
