Launch of a New Global Sports Technology Awards Initiative

Atlanta, GA, August 09, 2017 --(PR.com)-- The International Sports Technology Association supported
by Dartfish launches an inaugural Global Sports Technology Awards initiative to recognize the talent
behind cutting-edge technology applications across the sports industry.

David Geddes, ISTA Chief Executive, said, The sports industry, from athlete performance to the fan
experience, is now more than ever shaped by new technologies. ISTA is recognizing global influencers
who are on the frontline of the sports technology revolution.

ISTA launched its official awards website and is now accepting individual nominations in ten categories.

medicine, and sports technology, while inviting investors, entrepreneurs, coaches, athletes, professors,
programmers, analysts, managers, and many more to apply.

The multi-billion dollar sports industry is currently struggling to adopt new technologies which seem to
arrive every week, said Tino Mantella, ISTA Co-Founder. Mantella went on to say, While there are
numerous technology awards for businesses, the industry has been slow to recognize the individuals who
contribute to the success of technology in sport.

Dartfish, the leading sports video analytics platform for amateur athletes and elite programs, is supporting

The new awards initiative expects a flood of nominations including celebrity personalities. However, the
initiative is open to any nominee and even self-nominations. The association's judging panel will follow
up with first round semi-finalists during the first week of September.

one-of-a-kind custom art pieces designed to memorialize a winner's achievements. ISTA's awards are free
