2 The area for RoU taken is as per Notification and vested with GAIL (India) Ltd.
3 The rate of Fair Value of land mentioned in the award is the latest rate fixed by the authorities competent as per law.
4 Payment of Compesation for RoU is subject to the fullfilment of following conditions.
(a) Land Owner shall produce document of title.
(b) Land Owner shall produce Land Tax Receipt and possession certificate from the Village Officer concerned.
(c) Land Owner shall produce identification certificate like adhar etc.
(d) Revenue Staff shall produce measurement sketch showing the actual area of RoU where pipe line is installed duly certified by the GAIL Authorities.
(e) Individual proceedings shall be issued by the Competent Authority before making payment cheque covering the details of the above verification
(f) In certain cases RoU has been reduced or diverted in warranted situations and payment of compensation shall be effected in accordance with the exact area of RoU.
