Current Business Process

The principal/officer in charge will have a username and a password to access the entire system and
create subjects for every grade levels depending on the total numbers of students enrolled. After adding
sections next will create and manage the class schedules for each grade levels. The principal/OIC can
view the loads/schedules of teachers by department and summary of class schedules by grade level.

The student will have a student id number and a password for identification to log-in in the system.
After logging in the students are only allowed for viewing the information of their class schedule for the
current school year also the records of recent school years. They are not allowed for necessary changes.

The teacher will have a teacher id number and a password for identification to log-in in the system. After
