2 Cups Broth of chicken 2 hard boiled eggs 3 raw eggs. Black olives 6 Cups rice cooked one tablespoon of Oregano one tablespoon of Cumin one tablespoon of Tumeric Garlic, Salt and Pepper 6 Banana Leaves Preparation: 1. Mix the raw eggs and pour into the rice. 2. Sprinkle desired spices on the rice mixture. 3. Pour the broth into the rice and stir well. 4. Place Banana leaves. 5. Each Juane will consist of one cup of the rice mixture. 6. Add one piece of chicken, two olives and half a boiled egg for each Juane 7. Place this combination on the Banana leaf and wrap it. 8. Immerse the packet on the put with boiling water. 9. Cook for thirty minutes. 10. Serve the Juane and enjoy it.
