1. Teacher shows the pictures and phrases.

2. Teacher may guide the pupil to read the phrases by


blending and segmenting some of the words in the phrases.

and prompt when necessary.

Teacher may guide the pupil to write the sentences by
using the example given.

Pupil writes the sentences by using the correct


punctuation.

Teacher emphasises on the use of capital letters at the


beginning of a sentence, name of a person or place and
full stop at the end of a sentence.

Pupil should not be penalised for the following reasons:


not using the given lines correctly
inappropriate spacing between words
untidy but recognisable formation of letters.
