Assist in negotiating agreements with implementing partners and ensure that IP agreements are established in
conformity with UNHCRs financial rules and the latest Headquarters instructions.
Reviewing Implementing Partners project proposals, work plans, budgets, procurement plan, monitoring plan
and agreements and advice for changes when necessary.
Act as focal point for two international NGOs (IMC,IRC) and one national NGO (KAFA), by negotiating
agreements, ensuring that PPAs are established in conformity with UNHCR's policies and financial rules, and
continuously review their performance.
Undertake proper collection, monitoring and use of baselines, standards and indicators needed to measure and
analyse programme performance, trends and target interventions.
