I am writing to enquire about upcoming employment opportunities in Mechanical Engineering/MEP Design at

Commercial & Industrial Property Pty Ltd, after hearing about your company from a former employee. I am
seeking an entry level position having recently graduated from a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering.

I am very passionate about the design and construction of energetic sustainable buildings, such as the
Brisbane bus depot, built by your company, that got a 5 Star Green Build Council of Australia Certification. I am
familiar with the use of tools like Building Performance Analysis, and Building Information Modelling, and would
be thrilled if you give me the opportunity to learn from you, and be part in the design and construction of a
building that gets an As-Built 5 star rating.

I have extensive experience using CAD programs such as Solid edge, and Autodesk inventor, as well
simulation software like ASNYS CFD, and mathematical programs like Matlab and Excel. I have excellent
communication skills, a strong commitment towards work, and a great ability to work as a team member.
