Esposas

Su fabricacin empieza con un rollo de acero, una maquina lo hace pasar por un
enderezador y despus por una matriz que elabora las primera piezas de las esposas.

Un tambor metlico desecha los restos y lanza las piezas a un deposito. Luego un
empleado amontona las piezas en un dispositivo con forma de U que mas tarde se
acopla en una maquina.

Una cortadora hace unos dientes de fijacin en los trinquetes.

primero en un molde se colocan las piezas para colocarle los trinquetes, segundo se
pasa el molde con las piezas a una prensadora. Tercero las esposas se menten a un
horno por 25 minutos para endurecerlas , despus se pulen en una maquina con
piedras .

y finalmente se prueba su resistencia para luego empaquetarlas.

Handcuffs
