President and Sales Manager. She is based in PrivatePlus new Savannah office.

Commerce, has named Lynn Knox a Vice President and Sales Manager. She is based in PrivatePlus' new
Savannah office.

Lynn knows that the key to a great mortgage experience is for borrowers to work with an experienced
mortgage pro in a responsive company, says Dean Phillips, Vice President and South Georgia
Production Manager of PrivatePlus. These crucial elements make for happy homeowners. Plus, Lynn is
knowledgeable, easy to work with and a great communicator.

The lifelong Georgian has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years and was recognized as Affiliate of
the Year by the local Board of Realtors. She also is active in the community, including serving on the
boards of Habitat for Humanity and the Chamber of Commerce as well as volunteering for community
events.
