Lack of Branches in Province other then Punjab.


Products launch at last stage as compared to other banks.
Low focus on depositor customer (Companies, Business, Corporate, NGOs etc.)
Lack of advertising on all mediums (TV, Radio, Interactive Media etc.)
Ranking on 8th number in Pakistan in term of Deposit.
Poor in Services on behalf of customers.
Mostly focuses on Farmer and Salaries Person.
Staff is less facilitated.
