Carbonara

1/4 k DEL MONTE Spaghetti,
cooked per 350 g chicken breast, cut into

150 g bacon portions
2 Tbsp. butter 1/2 cup water
1 chicken bouillon cube 6 pcs. sibuyas Tagalog
2 Tbsp. flour (shallots)
1 cup evaporated milk, 2 small (200g) potatoes, cut
dissolved in into chunks
3/4 cup water 1 small red bell pepper, cut into
1/4 cup cheddar cheese, diced

Procedure: 1 pouch (200g) DEL MONTE

Mechado Caldereta Recipe
1. Cook bacon until crisp. Crumble into pieces. Set aside. Sauce

2. Melt butter. Add chicken cube, flour and salt to taste. Stir until blended. Procedure:

Gradually add the milk mixture, stirring continuously until smooth. Continue stirring

over low heat for 20 minutes or until thick. 1. Simmer chicken in water for 10 minutes.

3. Add bacon. Pour over cooked DEL MONTE Spaghetti. Top with cheese. 2. Add sibuyas tagalog, potatoes and bell pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.

MAKES 6 SERVINGS 3. Add DEL MONTE Classic Recipe Sauce then simmer for another 5 minutes.
