Grievance Description : Respected 1) Mr Narendra Modi JI PM OF INDIA 2) Mr Prakash Javadekar Sir (Cabinet Minister, Ministry Of Human
Resource Development Govt of India) Please read my other grievances also which were uploaded by me and
match the answer given officer, then you will find who is making foolish and giving malicious information. Please
read the reservation policies, guideline related to recruitment. Last five years, UGC Madhu Mehra, Deoswarup,
Susma Rathor and K.P.Singh and other officer from UGC MHRD, officer in-charge have been provided continue
letters, properly instructions for strictly implementation of reservation guidelines in Higher Education recruitment
which are violated by Registrar/VC of Guru Ghasidas University Bilaspur in the selection of Assistant Professor of
Chemistry dated on 02 02 2017). Mr prakash Javadekar Minister also given information related reservation in
recruitment Eligibility Criteria for Reservation for SC/ST/OBC in Higher Education New Delhi, July 25th, 2016 8
dated on 25 06 2016 in loksabha which are violated by Registrar/VC of the University. clearly noticed, written in
recruitment advertisement (dt 25-01-2017) of temporary assistant professor that the recruitment will be made
from the UGC Regulation 2010. UGC/MHRD Reservation guidelines were violated also. Registrar of the University

have been used UGC Regulation 2010 in the July 2015 and 2016 Recruitment of assistant professor (ad-hoc
teacher) while central university act 2009 guideline have been used in 02-02-2017 recruitment of assistant
professor in chemistry, it is very bad and self explanatory persecution, discrimination done by VC/Registrar. The
selection committee for selection of Assistant Professor (Adhoc) in Chemistry subject was not constituted
according to UGC SC/ST recruitment guideline F. 1-5/2006(STC) dated 25/28.08.2006. Professor Gautam Kumar
Patra, VC and Registrar of University has been discriminated to me due to casteism, being SC candidate of me.
kind attention I was selected twice here July 2015 and July 2016 through direct walk-in-Interview while in January
2017 Professor Gk Patra, VC, Registrar has been separated through violation of UGC SC/ST guideline 25.08.2006
published on 05-01-2015 at UGC Notice. Registrar and VC and other persecutors of University are trying to hide
the SC/ST criminal case/ criminal proceedings. Being SC candidate I have separated through discrimination,
partiality, and violation of UGC SC/ST recruitment guidelines. SIR Kind attention please My all complaints were
shuttled only HOD and DEAN while both they were persecutors, discriminatory persons in this case. I have
submitted complaints about Abatement, Harassment, discrimination, atrocity, anomaly, bias, and defiance,
violation of Govt of India rules, UGC SC/ST guideline but not receive any relief and justice till date by
You/MHRD/UGC/ University VC, Registrar etc. registrar are given malicious, ill-will, spitefully, fraudulently and
fabricated information in the closing/ settlements of grievances (1) Registration Number : DSEHE/E/2017/03709,
(2) DSEHE/E/2017/03616, (3) DSEHE/E/2017/02336, (4) DSEHE/E/2017/01827, (5) DSEHE/E/2017/01510, (6)
PMOPG/E/2017/0206120, PMOPG/E/2017/0326670 etc other. Kindly read and compare my these complains and
action taken by VC/Registrar in these complains. I am requesting you, Mr PM Narendra Modi Sir and Mr Prakash
Jvadekar Minister MHRD GOVT of India, please handover/Give-up this case to CID/CBI /SIT/ACB etc Suitable
agency for taking properly action and Examination in this Inflammable serious case. Kindly Sir take action under
