Note Intended Use:
Low Voltage Control is required on both compressors. .To provide simultaneous operation of two Midmark compressors. Language of origin: English

Step 1: Disconnect supply power to the compressors.

Step 2: Adjust pressure switches on both compressors.

A) Remove cover on each pressure switch.

B) Turn adjuster clockwise three full turns to bump up the pressure
settings to the highest level so the contact tips never open.
C) Replace covers

Note: Make sure to perform these steps on both compressors so

the system pressure will be regulated by the tandem pressure
switch.

Step 3: Attach Air Lines.

A) Connect supply air lines from compressors to check valves on tee assembly.
B) Connect high pressure hose from bottom of tee assembly to operatory.

Note: Verify arrows on check valves are pointing toward tee assembly and shutoff
valves are open on each compressor. Check each compressor for leaks during initial
operational check.

A) Install tandem air switch in control panel.

B) Connect low voltage wires from compressors to pressure switch Midmark & Apollo Control Wiring
and tandem air switch on control panel as shown below. To Control To Pressure

Step 5: Testing

A) Connect power supply and start compressors by remote switch.

Note: Compressors should start at 80 PSI and stop at 100 PSI, simultaneously.
Perform adjustment if necessary.

B) If needed turn adjuster nut on the tandem pressure switch.

- Clockwise will increase reading .
- Counter clockwise will decrease reading.
