ACCME | Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education


The Joint Commission is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to
provide continuing medical education for physicians. The Joint Commission takes responsibility for the
content, quality, and scientific integrity of this CME activity. The Joint Commission designates this
educational activity for the list contact hours of AMA PRA Category 1 Credit(s). Physicians should claim
only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

ANCC | American Nurses Credentialing Center


The Joint Commission is also accredited as a provider of continuing nurse education by the American
Nurses Credentialing Centers Commission on Accreditation. The Joint Commission designates this
continuing nursing education activity for the listed contact hours.

ACHE | American College of Healthcare Executives


Joint Commission Resources is authorized to award the listed hours of preapproved ACHE Qualified
Education credit for this program toward advancement, or recertification in the American College of
Healthcare Executives (ACHE). Participants in this program wishing to have the continuing education
