1. What did the presenter say about the size of the school and the location? In your mind, what are the positive
sides to both? Negative?

There are about 12,000 students throughout 9 campuses. I personally think this is to many students for how little
space the school takes up.

2. For which programs or majors is the school known? Do they have the major in which you are interested?

This school has 80 different majors, short certificate programs and 40 career programs.

3. What did the presenter say about class size and student/teacher involvement?

The average class size is 19-25 students, the largest is around 40. There is a strong relationship between the
faculty and students.

4. What did the presenter say about the cost of the school? Did he/she provide information about any financial
aid or scholarships they offer?

The cost varies on where the student lives, You can apply for financial aid. Thtuition is half paid for by some
school districts.

5. What extracurricular activities (clubs, sports, honor societies) does the school offer?

The school has many athletic events, fitness center, clubs and organizations.

6. Provide two interesting facts that you gathered from this presentation about the school.
They are very flexable with counseler support. You can go at your own pace.

7. What else did you talk about with the representative? What other observations or impressions did you walk
away with?

The counselers do individual career counseling and Bethel residents are sponsored, the rest of Garnet Valley is
not.

8. Are you considering applying to this school? Why or why not?

I doubt I will apply here, the school is to closed for me, I like open places
