OBJECTIVE 1. give respond based on the given stimulus
2. think how the story ended.
1. Teacher gets response from the pupils about the usage of straw.
2. Teacher introduces new words using the word cards.
3. Pupils apply dictionary skill to find the meaning of the words in
ACTIVITIES context.
4. Pupils assume the ending (plot) for the stories using i-THiNK
thinking map (flow map)
5. Pupils recapitulates what they have learn in this lesson.

By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able to:-
OBJECTIVE 1.name compound nouns correctly
2.construct sentences using compound nouns
1.Teacher displays flashcards of compound nouns.
2.Teacher elicits from the pupils about compound nouns using the flash
cards.
3. Teacher divides pupils into groups.
4. Teacher distributes pictures sheets. Asks the pupils to cut and match
the correct compound nouns in the group.
5. Class discussion after all groups complete their task.
6. Teacher guides and checks pupils answers.
ACTIVITIES 7. From the correct answer, each pupils choose 1 different compound
nouns and write 1 sentences using the words.
8. Pupils write the sentence on a colour sheets and paste all together.
9. Pupils in the group present their work and read the sentences aloud
and the rest listen and check the sentences with teachers guides.
10. Displays on the wall and pupils write neatly the correct sentences in
their exercise book.
Class drills the words again.

OBJECTIVE a. recite the poem with actions
b. produce a foot puppet
1. Teacher recite the poem pupils listen and repeat after teacher.
2. Distributes a piece of paper. Teacher already pasted the poem in front
and back of classroom.
3. Teacher asks the pupils to take turn to go at the poem, read and write
the poem completely on the paper.
ACTIVITIES 4. Recite the poem along together with action.
5. Teacher guides the steps to make a foot puppet. (TB page 10)
6. Teacher provides and distributes materials needed.
7. Teacher guides the pupils to produce their foot puppets.
8. Teacher asks each group to present their work.
9. Class drillings and reciting the poem again.
