It's a focaccia,a kind of salty cake from Bari, a city in the south of Italy.

It's very easy to

Ingredients: 400 gr of flour, 2 boiled potatoes, 1 spoon of salt, 25 gr of fresh beer yeast,
olive oil, 300 ml of warm water, 8 little tomatoes, olives
In a recipient smash the boiled potatoes with a fork, add the salt and the flour. In a glass
melt the yeast in the water with a pinch of sugar, then add it to the recipient with flour. Mix
everything. Add a spoon of olive oil and little by little the water and keep on mixing
everything for some minutes. It will be very sticky. Cover the recipient with a blanket and let
it rest 2 hours in a warm place. Then take a baking tray and put a lot of oil (almost half
glass) and then the mixture. Put the half cut tomatoes and the olives on the mixture. Be sure
that the oil goes under and on the mixture. 250degrees in the owen for 30-40 minutes (it
depends on the owen) Let it rest a little. Better served warm. Enjoy it!:)
