In 2009 my Twitter Account, my website www.amgglobalentertainmentgroup.com,

and other social media accounts were being watched and followed by several muslum groups,
most notably the website KASCOPE, known and noted as the largest Muslim brotherhood on the
web. All of these contacts have been confirmed in the respective accounts and in my hosting
companies statistics for my website. This activity started in or about 2005 at the Alley Kat Bar,
where several Muslims were stalking me. They also stalked me in several other downtown
venues, including the Lancaster County Library. The following has been noted on the cover of my
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY12:

Ya know what, I am beginning to analyze this War on Terror and am having

difficulty understanding it all. To me the most effective fundamental fight against
Extreme Terrorism is to reduce the motive; or the Hatred Against America. No one

See, from my perspective, my situation is very disturbing. I mean we have the United
States Torturing Me, a U.S. Citizen for no good or valid reason. I have warned
EVERYONE about using my situation to feed this HATRED towards America.

Low and behold a week or so ago I have had several Muslims sign up as Followers to
my online webspace, which I use to post documents. The following being the most
prominent IKWAN Scope, "The Largest Muslim Brotherhood's Scope on the Web":

There have also been several Muslim individuals who signed up as followers around the
same time, a week or so ago. They have also signed up as followers on my webspace.

You must understand, I am a VERY Patriotic Person and live a very patriotic life - I
believe in the U.S. Constitution and Our Founding Father's vision for America; I support
Our Military and our Troops; I believe in the Rule of Law; I am a Practicing Catholic, and
have been my whole life; I Believe in the TRUTH; I believe in Right v. Wrong; Good v.
Evil; and finally I believe in God. What do you believe in?

Even more disturbing is that Lancaster City Police Detective Clark Bearinger used
the above in a psychiatric commitment to say that I was a danger to Muslims and that I
was going to start confronting them in public spaces.

Unfortunately the same has been occurring with Russian persons at the
Downtown Lancaster City Entertainment Venues over the past 3 months. There have
been 3 sets of suspicious persons, identified below:

1. White Male (5'10 Facial Hair, Russian Accent) Musician playing at the Alley
Kat Bar Stalked at many of the Downtown Lancaster City Entertainment
Venues over the past 3 months.
2. White Male and Female First incident was outside the Marriott Bar
smoking cigarettes They said they were looking for females to
prostitute. Female did not speak English, male had heavy Russian accent.
Visited the bar the following Sunday Evenings for several weeks.
3. Sunday Evening in February - 2 White Males (both tall 6'0 or taller)
Engaged me in conversation right outside entrance door smoking
cigarettes. Threatened me to mind your own business about Putin, and
we will mind our own business about Trump. Heavy accents, threatening
language and body posture. I immediately yelled that they better be
REGISTERED, threw my cigarette down and ran into the Marriott, I
believe they left, did not see them ever again.

Attached you will find an ESTIMATE from Lancaster Computer Company as a result of my
conversation with the Duty Agent in the Harrisburg Field Office on the morning of March 28, 2017.
As you can see, the 2TB External Hard Drive was corrupted by the computer hacker, as I had
reported.34

As you may or may not know I have been intimately involved with the Lisa Michelle
Lambert case since 1997. I had solicited the help of Philadelphia Attorney Christina Rainville to
help file my own federal civil complaints stemming from the 1987 allegations and complaints. I
had, at her request personally delivered documents and recordings to her office in Philadelphia for
her review. I had attended the PCRA Hearing before Lancaster County Court of Common Pleas

Judge Lawrence Stengel, and in 2015 filed an Amicus Brief in her latest Habeus Corpus Case, No.
14-02559, and am named MOVANT on the Docket. In January of this year, I had her case
before the U.S. Supreme Court in Case No. 16-6822. My petition was denied. And I had filed
several appeals in the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals, 16-1149 and 16-3400. Given my
treatment over the years by your agents during my meetings in your Philadelphia and Harrisburg
Offices, and the refusal to at least investigate my complaints of computer hacking, not to mention
other criminal activities, it is suspect that you and all the other law enforcement agencies fail to
admit the truth regarding the Lisa Lambert Case. I suspect COINTELPRO OPERATIONS are
overriding the rule of law and are criminal in themselves!56

In the past year I have seen Dr. Jeffrey Kirchner, a former friend and schoolmate at
Lancaster Catholic High School stalk me. In the past year I was at the Press Room Restaurant
and was sitting with Dr. Kirchner and his wife when I was berated by the both of them. Given all
of the activities of late, and the fact that the AIDS virus would be a lethal silent weapon,
and given his professional career at Lancaster General Hospital, it is very alarming that THIS
HARASSMENT COMPAIGN IS STILL THRIVING IN LANCASTER AGAINST ME.78
