WWTP all the used water of the village should be, according to the proposed

technology to purify effluent quality as defined by Regulation on emission limit

values of pollutants in water and deadlines for their achievement.
The resort Pinosava is suburban type, where the population is engaged in agriculture
and animal husbandry.
The direct recipient of treated wastewater is Topciderska river.
At the location of the WWTP "Pinosava" except the construction of the facility for
purification of waste water Pinosava settlement, provided that the same facility
accept and of septic tank content from the surrounding settlement, as well as to
build a single system for treatment of sludge from wastewater treatment plant
"Pinosava", WWTP "Beli potok" and WWTP "Zuce".
On the basis of existing sewerage network and the number of connections in the
settlement of derivative Pinosava (533 connections), Wastewater treatment plant
has to be built in stages, wherein the final stage should satisfy the needs of 3,400
EC, because according to the General design channeling waste water suburban
areas in the community Vozdovac Belgrade, as well as major project of a sewage
system of the village Pinosava, expected number of equivalent inhabitants 3400 ES,
project period by the year 2031. However, bearing in mind state of the network of a
sewage system, and the planned further dynamics of network construction and
connection of the population, it is necessary to foresee phase construction of the
WWTP, where the first phase included a 1400 ES, and the remaining 2,000 ES to
plan for the acceptance within the second phase. Bearing in mind the above, the
subject station has to satisfy the attribution requirement of flexibility in continuous
operation, due to the gradual increase in the number of consumers of the rural
environment, as well as daily unevenness inflow of waste water, without disturbing
the selected technological process and guaranteed quality of the purified waste
water - the effluent.
By the final user, it is also required processing contents of septic tanks surrounding
settlements and the settlements Pinosava ie. parts where sewerage system is not
built. It is therefore necessary to provide daily load process by discontinuous
dispensing the contents of septic tanks from mobile tanks at the entrance into the
process of facilities, the daily amount of up to 50 m3 / day.
In addition to the technical documentation of waste water treatment, it is necessary
to foresee also a technological line for the sludge treatment facilities provided for
Podavalska settlement, the final capacity of 10,000 PE. Give suggestions of phase
construction sludge treatment line, bearing in mind the the capacity of an WWTP
"Zuce" (1,000 EU), as well as planned capacity the WWTP "White stream" (2000 ES
in the final step), the WWTP "Pinosava". The project should also define a temporary
solution for the disposal of processed sludge.
In order to overcome the height difference and the hydraulic loss during treatment
of waste water, and bearing in mind the projected capacity and topography of
locations it is necessary to foresee adequate pumping station with complete
equipment.
Processes within the complex should unfold automatically, with local and remote
management and control.
The project should be foreseen the necessary workforce (qualification and time of
engagement) which is necessary for the operation and maintenance of facilities.
The complex should be foreseen office building area needed to accommodate
equipment el. Energy and accompanying automation, control and management as
well as staff involved in the maintenance of facilities.

MECHANICAL INSTALLATIONS
a. Project of technological and mechanical equipment
The necessary equipment for the stated technological processes must satisfy the
following requirements:

functioning in the conditions of aggressive environment (all constructive

Engineering Materials, accessories and installation must be the quality of acid
resistant steel, resistant to channel content - AISI 316);
functioning in case of failures and falling equipment out of function
(integrated work and spare parts provided vital spare parts for the operation
of the first 2 years of exploitation);
environmental protection in accordance with the legislation (protection
against odors, noise, etc.).
Include the necessary pumps and installation of pipe network within the pumping
stations and facilities, with appropriate fixtures and fittings necessary for the smooth
running of the process of exploitation and maintenance of technological equipment
which is provided.
The device should have a high efficiency, a fast system response in case of sudden
changes in the quantity and quality of waste water, must function reliably under
extreme climatic conditions, as well as being easy to operate and maintain.
In addition, technological developments must not make a noise and vibration in the
environment and to substantially impair its appearance, neither to produce
unpleasant odors. Consumption of chemicals, fluids (service water and air) and
electricity should be optimal. All technological lines should operate in automatic
mode, with the possibility of remote control, and with a high degree of operational
safety.
During the preparation of project documentation, bear in mind the remote control of
the operation of the system.

TECHNOLOGY PROJECT
As stated in the complex WWTP "Pinosava", it is necessary to build
Facility for Wastewater treatment from the sewage system of settlements
Pinosava, taking into account the incoming waste water from septic tanks
The system for processing the sludge WWTP "Pinosava" WWTP "Zuce" and
WWTP "Beli potok"

Wastewater quality
The quality of the influent
For Pinosava settlement, bearing in mind that these are mostly municipal
wastewater origin, for the quality of the incoming wastewater to adopt the quality of
municipal wastewater, based on recommendations from the literature

Remarks:

The composition of waste water from septic tanks, includes a sample taken
from the consumption of rural type, and the project should take into account
the data from the current literature for this type of consumption.
Table is not binding, but should be a help to the designer in the choice of
technology for the both types of input water. It also speaks of the possible
presence of heavy metals, which can interfere - inhibit the process

The quality of effluent

The required quality of treated water is defined by the regulation on the limit values
of the emission of pollutants in the water and the deadlines for their achievement
(RS Official Gazette, no. 67/2011, 48/2012 and 01/2016) and is given in Table 2.
During design take into consideration the given conditions for the treated
wastewater from the competent water management institutions.
