by a recognised authority, e.g. original issuing bodies, Commissioner of Oaths, registered Taylors representative/agent or Taylors staff
members.
3. A non-refundable application fee, International student charge (EMGS for international application only) and/or processing fee (if applicable)
are payable upon submission of this form.
4. This application is the property of Taylors University. Supporting documentation will NOT be returned.
5. For international students, the application and complete set of documents must reach Taylors University at least eight (8) weeks before
the commencement of programme. This is the minimum timeline required to facilitate the student pass application process by the
Malaysian Immigration Department.
