Observed Strengths:
The student attends class with positive energy daily while teaching the students as well as aiding as a
facilitator in promoting student learning (i.e.-Translating lessons to Arabic should the students not
understand). The student circulated the room throughout all lessons while making certain that no student
was left behind during the lesson being taught. The student took initiative from the very first day while
questing our daily routines, classroom management, lesson plans, etc. The student is well on her way to
becoming a mastery teacher.
Areas for Development:
The student can work on being more strict with the students in terms of classroom management.

General Comments:
Shamma was a pleasure to have in our classroom. She truly brought a positive energy with her as she
attended all classroom observations. The students and I, have truly enjoyed shamma more than any
student teacher that we have had in the past. Her eagerness reminded us just how fun the approach
to learning should be. Shamma will definitely be missed upon her departure and will forever be
remembered for her hard work and dedication to the students here at Al lu lu. We thank you Miss
shamma and we pray for all the best in all of your future career endeavor(s)!
