Process:

Identify value adding strategies in each reservoir (as in the Screening Worksheet)
Quick screen strategies to get short lists of wells (using DSS, Cross-sections, other basic data)
Team review -- reservoir team review the short-lists which come from screening; highgrade opportunities for further
For each prospect, outline what information will likely be needed for the decision support package (DSP); anticipate
Do initial ranking of new prospect, CPDEP Ph I level of detail
Develop the outlined information, needed for the DSP.
Team review -- reservoir team review the prospect
Lock in to a wellwork strategy and job scope
Update rank and priority
Finalize technical proposal (scope, procedure, profile, economics)
Peer Review -- present to DRB. This review should be CPDEP Phase II, precision and level of detail.
Followup DRB requests for more information.
Obtain DRB sign-off before proceeding
Initiate permitting
Schedule work with Drilling
