1. I will divide you into two.

We have 5 types of dribbling( low dribble, high


dribble, between the legs, reverse dribble and
cross over) but we will just focus on the 2
basic dribbling skills which is:
Low dribble
High dribble The act of bouncing the ball continuous with
one hand.

dribbling skill.)

Everybody stand, and form 2 lines for boys


and girls. And we will execute the low and high
dribbling. You will start with your right hand
and do it 5 counts, then transfer to your left
hand and do it 5 counts. Let start in front.

sitting position again.

Next is passing.

dribble and high dribble.
We have 4 types of passing(chest pass,
bounce pass, over hand ,no look pass), but we
will just focus on the 2 basic of passing:
Chest pass
A method of moving the ball between players.
Bounce pass
(The teacher will execute/demonstrate the
passing skill.)

Again lets execute the two types of passing.

Directions:
1. Face your partner.
2. Then you do first the chest pass.
3. Next is bounce pass.
4. You may start on the right.
5. 5 times chest pass and 5 times bounce
pass.

passing, the chest pass and bounce pass.)

Lead up Games

Since you already know the 3 basic skills in


basketball. Lets have a game using the 3
basic skills.

The title of our first game is dribbling relay.
