Physical Plan of Rusheshe is intended as a clear mechanism for directing the development in the public and private sector to follow a clear set of development objectives. commonly referred to as a land of thousand hills.Rusheshe cell which is my case study had less value before the implementation of zoning plan. The KCMP lays down the long range vision for Kigali City and provides the development framework for its growth in the next 50-100 years. public institutions.
