Describe this peer's greatest strengths / contributions to the project:

Being in her first year, I was extremely impressed with how Reanna handled teaching her kids. Reanna was professional,
confident, caring, charismatic and worked wonderfully with her assigned grade. I was able to watch her give feedback to a
couple of students she was teaching and it seemed as if she had been teaching kids for years. She definitely has a natural born
talent for teaching and being a caring, involved teacher.
