Goals and Objectives of course


Specific Subject of Ethics; Responsibility and Professional Identity of the Leader in Education is held with
objectiv
es attending students of Professional Master in Direction and Administration of Education in the
Faculty of Education, UE A. Xhuvani. In this context ethics tries to meet professional training of
future leaders on education, targeting these aspects:
- Enabling students to identify normative nature, axiological and imperative knowledge, and

moral statements. In order to argue for diversity and variability of ethical values and
controversy. To distinguish some of the main perspectives of understanding phenomena and
moral aspects of human life.
- Clarifying the specific nature of leadership especially in management and administration of
education versus behavioural and managerial activity.
- Clarifying and argue ethical nature of leadership and the main aspects of democratic
leadership, especially in the field of education.
- Rising awareness of the need for an ethical impact in the activity and education management
of leadership; converting knowledge to successful direction of ethical aspects; converting
ethical aspects of the organisation of labour to successful labour factors.
- Developing ethical communication skills, ethical sensitivity at work, ethical motivation of
work, cooperating, clearly presentation of ethical convictions and arguing about them.
- Developing communication skills, in dialogue, comprehending terms in cultural diversity.
- Developing ethical culture of teamwork, increasing the sense of solidarity and responsibility;
rigor, courage and innovation criticism.
