contract on the basis of this request or otherwise pay for the requested information. No reimbursement will
be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any
follow-up information requests.

OVERVEIW
GarageGames is an integrator and developer of technology for the entertainment and education sectors. We
provide management, business development, outsourcing, and development for multi-national corporations
and educational institutions.

GarageGames is contracted and currently bidding on contract software services work in excess of $5 million
to multiple companies in the software, entertainment and education industries. GarageGames is seeking
teammates to complete its work under contract and participate as a team member for future Requests for
Proposals (RFPs).

INFORMATION SOUGHT
GarageGames is requesting information related to commercially available technologies and services in
support of eLearning and MOOCs (Massively Open Online Courses). Current trends in education have led
to increased demand in the development of game-based, on-line curriculum.

All respondents should use the form below to provide information regarding their technology and services.
Response topics include the following areas of interest:

5) HTML5 and related desktop and mobile interactive production
6) Localization services
7) Quality assurance and usability

SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS
Interested sources must submit any information relating to this announcement in writing via e-mail to
geoffb@garagegames.com or josephm@garagegames.com.

Respondents may request a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to sending sensitive or proprietary
information. In lieu of an NDA, GarageGames, as it sees fit, will identify information as confidential and
protect all submissions accordingly.

The deadline for receiving responses is midnight PST, August 30th, 2013. Responses received after this
deadline may not be considered. Since this is a Request for Information announcement, no evaluation letters
will be issued to the participants.

Respondents should answer all questions to the best of their ability. GarageGames is requesting that the
cumulative response to these questions be confined to three or less pages using the same font, size, and
margins of this page.
