(100% Acrylic emulsion for exterior/interior paints)

INTRODUCTION: -

DIPICRYL 0382 is a 100% acrylic emulsion with large particle size which
exhibits very good flow, non-yellowing properties, washability and water intake, with
excellent hiding power in paints.

PHYSICAL PROPERTIES
1. Appearance : Milky White Acrylic Co-polymer Dispersion in water.
2. Solid Contents : 55 + 1%
3. pH : 8 - 10
4. Emulsifier : Anionic / Nonionic

5. Viscosity at 20 C : 5 - 20 poises
6. Dry film properties : Clear, nontacky, transparent

FILM PROPERTIES
Excellent resistance to UV light and heat.
Excellent pigment binding capacity.
Excellent scrub resistance.
Excellent alkali resistance.
Excellent colour retention.
Dried film is clear, transparent, tough and adherent.

PAINT PROPERTIES
Excellent flow and levelling properties.
Excellent pigment/extender and Borax compatibility.
Excellent mechanical stability.
Paints prepared from DIPICRYL 0382 can be stored below 0 0 C for several hours.
Minimum odor and fast drying.
