Position Purpose: To operate and maintain the production, utilities, subsea and marine systems on the
Malapaya Platform in line with SPEX codes, standards and business plan key objectives. To assume
prime responsibility for the availability and integrity of designated critical equipment To review test and
calibration methods required to ensure technical integrity of relevant equipment. To plan and carry out
equipment isolations and otherwise act as Area Authority for Maintenance and Engineering activities
within the Permit to Work system. Principal Accountabilities: Perform preventative maintenance, diagnose
problems, repair and test equipment and control systems. Assume prime responsibility for the operation
and maintenance of all equipment for identified areas or systems. Review test and calibration methods,
spares strategy, maintainability issues and maintenance / operating procedures. Manage personal and team
HSE performance. Ensure the quality and timeliness of data input to SAP Maintenance Management
System. Develop competence portfolio against unit standards for identified roles and duties as part of
competence development plan.

Engineer 2, Technical Solutions at Emerson Electric Asia Ltd ROHQ

Provides pre- and post-sales technical assistance to internal and external customers on Sizing, Pricing,
Installation, Calibration, Engineering Applications, Configuration, and Troubleshooting of both Micro
Motion Coriolis Flow and Density Meters and Rosemount Magnetic and Vortex Flow Meters. Initiates
ECRs (Engineering Change Request) after thorough investigation of a customers issue that is needed
to be corrected on the next release of a unit or software version. Conducts simulation tests and wrote
technical procedures and coordinated with software and application engineers to assist in the problem-
solving process or the corrective action activities for product improvement Very knowledgeable in using
digital communications software/devices like AMS, Hart Communicator (475, 375, 275), Prolink II and III,
Adview, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Oracle Business Software. Reviews proposals
and RFQs (Request for Quotes) with Inside Sales Engineers/Field Sales and Applications engineers.

Department with a detailed level or RMA (Return Material Authorization) evaluation information to the
customer. Screens all requests for Engineering and Technology that come into the Customer
Solutions Center, gather relevant information, and coordinate with Engg. And Tech. to formulate and
deliver a response to the customer, sales person, etc. Conducts trainings about Rosemount Magnetic and
Vortex Flowmeters Mentoring to Level 1 Technicians.

Receive and review all customer purchase orders. As required, coordinate with the Inside Sales
Representative, salesperson or other technical subject matter experts to have them review and validate the
technical requirements of the customers purchase order. Maintain updated customer information in MMIs
business systems and other databases. Contact each customer to validate their requested ship date for
all purchase orders to uncover the true customer request date as compared to Micro Motions production
capacity. Initiate proactive communication with customers to resolve purchase order issues or to collect
missing information at the order entry stage. Function as the primary contact and coordinator between the
end-user customer and Micro Motion to resolve those issues. After order entry, continually monitor the
progress of all sales orders and initiate ongoing, proactive communication with each customer Ensure that
each customer receives proactive notification of order status at designated key points of the order entry and
fulfillment process. Maintain proactive and ongoing communication with each field salesperson regarding
orders placed by their customers. Maintain ownership and coordinate resolution of any issues that may
arise. (ie. change orders, shipping delays, billing disputes and other issues) Run daily backlog and manage
hold codes per established best practices to help MMIs operations team prioritize production capacity.
