The central focus is to learn how to perform a certain skill.

and tactics
as they apply to the learning and performance of physical activities.
PEHS.4: Achieves and maintains a health-enhancing level of physical fitness.

Instructional Strategies and Learning Tasks

Launch: 5 Minutes

I will get the attention of the class by simply using my voice. Start by asking students for their
opinion on the topic prior to the lesson. Give my rules to the class.

Instruction: 45 Minutes

First I will introduce the voice thread. Then I will use entertainment as a tool to
educate. Then they will perform a drill learned. Then they will test over the skill
they learned.

Closure: 15 Minutes
